You will be charged 60% of the rental total at time of reservation and the other 40% at time of rental.

Each reservation has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to make changes or cancel, please call us at 559-841-5331 at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations must be made over the phone, cancellations via email are not valid. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full rental rate. Weather is always changing in the mountains. Please be sure to check the weather before rental time.

Renters must be at least 18 years of age in order to sign the rental contract. There is no license or certification required to rent a boat.
Ladders and stereos on boats: No, some boats have ladders and stereos and some don't. It can be a timing issue. If someone breaks one of our ladders or stereos, and we are unable to replace it immediately, it could go out to the next guest with no ladder or stereo. We do our best, but cannot always provide ladders. If your boat doesn't have a ladder, we recommend you swim from the beach or make sure there is an adequate way to get back in the boat.
Adjusting bimini top will result in loss of deposit.
No BBQs allowed on boats.
Shaver Lake Marina has the right to terminate a rental if we see, or get reports of the vessel being operated unsafley.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of rental. The deposit can be cash or any major credit card, NO CHECKS. A Pre-Authorization will be ran the card used at time of reservation.
Gas Fee: Gas is now included in the price of the rental.
There are no discounts or refunds for early returns.
