You will be charged 60% of the rental total at time of reservation and the other 40% at time of rental.

Each reservation has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to make changes or cancel, please call us at 559-841-5331 at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full rental rate. Cancellations must be made over the phone. Any Cancellations made via email are invalid. No exceptions.
Renters must be at least 18 years of age in order to sign the rental contract. There is no license or certification required to rent a boat.
No swimming from the Canoe.
Shaver Lake Marina has the right to terminate a rental if we see, or get reports of the vessel being operated unsafley.
Security Deposit will be ran at the time of rental. A pre-authorization will be ran on the card used during the reservartion. Due to banking delays and regulations beyond our control, credit card deposits could take 7-10 business days to be released.
